Refund & Withdrawal Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)
As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period starts the day after you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (e.g., via email) within 14 days of receiving the goods. You do not need to use a specific form for this, but please clearly state your intent to withdraw.
After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods were defective or were delivered incorrectly.
2. Conditions for Returning Goods
Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, once the product packaging has been opened, you will not be able to return the goods unless they are defective or were delivered incorrectly. This applies especially to hand grippers and similar items that are hygiene-sensitive.
3. Return Procedure
Before returning goods, please contact us to obtain return instructions.
Returns sent without prior communication may be rejected.
Please ensure the items are packed securely and safely for return.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the items until they reach us.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods and confirm their condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, unless we have not yet received the goods or proof of return.
5. Defective or Incorrect Goods
If you received defective or incorrect goods, please notify us promptly. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
6. Shipping Costs
If you are returning goods for reasons other than defects or incorrect items, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
In cases of defective or incorrect goods, we will cover the return shipping.
7. Right to Reject Return
We reserve the right to reject a return if the returned goods are not in resalable condition (e.g., used, damaged, or without all original packaging). We may also refuse to issue a refund if the product has been opened and used, in the case of hygiene-related products.
